Happy Thanksgiving!

Friday, Nov. 19 was our Turkey Trot and Kindergarten Thanksgiving Feast. I came as a turkey and all the kids were little Native Americans. It was a really fun day.

Fall and the Five Senses

This week we talked about our 5 Senses and different things we see in the Fall.

We had a "smell test" to see how good our sense of smell was.

All of the kids enjoyed smelling the chocolate and cinnamon. Not too many of them enjoyed the garlic and coffee!
We also mixed paint to make different colors combinations.

We went on a leaf hunt! Everyone got to pick a leaf and then we talked about all the different colors we see in the fall.

Happy 50th day of school!

                                  Some fantastic 50's outfits.
On Tuesday, November 2nd it was the 50th day of school! Wow, I can't believe how fast this year has already gone. We celebrated by dressing up 50's style. Counting the days of school is someting we do every day in Kindergarten.
